07/29/04 - Hilton Head Island, SC -- Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) will present the State Member of the Year Awards to 28 of its members during its semi-annual meeting on Saturday, August 28th at 5pm in the Grand Hyatt Ballroom in New York City. Each recipient has shown his or her dedication and diligence in promoting and supporting the great sport of tennis and PTR.
