10/27/04 - HEAD has launched two new models in the Liquidmetal® group. Here is a description of the technology and details on the type of players best suited to use them.
Liquidmetal® 1
A blend of power and stability for players with a moderate swing.
Available exclusively at pro/specialty retail outlets.
Features:
• Liquidmetal® Technology – This technology is designed to utilize all the energy a player’s swing generates. Liquidmetal® alloy does not deform upon ball impact because of its liquid (or “amorphous”) atomic structure. HEAD has further maximized its benefits by applying it to four strategic areas of the racquet’s head, integrated into the main layer of the frame’s construction. This allows all the energy from ball impact to be used for a power return – what a player puts into his/her swing is exactly what they get out of it. The result – Pure Energy. Perfect Power.™
