04/06/06 - Gamma Sports’ new ProTour Tournament Ball will be the official ball of the Peter C. Alderman Foundation (PCAF) Pro-Am Celebrity Tennis Classic on June 9 and 10, 2006 at the Saw Mill Club in Mt. Kisco, NY. The event will raise money for PCAF, named for Peter Alderman, who was murdered by terrorists on September 11, 2001, while attending a conference in the World Trade Center. Peter was 25 years old when he died. All proceeds benefit the Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to easing the emotional trauma of victims of mass violence in post-conflict nations around the world.
The event will be a weekend long event including junior and adult clinics led by Wayne Bryan, dinner and both a live and silent auction, as well as a Pro-Am tournament featuring 16 top tennis pros and amateur players. Honorary chair, Lisa Ling, will kick off the weekend with Wayne and the 16 pros, including Katrina Adams, Pablo Arraya, Martin Blackman, Gilad Bloom, Tomas Bohunicky, Jim Grabb, Tom Gullikson, Akash Lamba, Chris Mayotte, Tim Mayotte, Rick Meyer, Mel Purcell, Richey Reneberg, Jeff Tarango, MaliVai Washington, Phillip Williamson, and Scott Willinsky.
