08/07/06 - Bordentown, NJ – Since the introduction of O3 Technology in 2005, the results for Team Prince players has been great. That trend continued this weekend as Nikolay Davydenko and Maria Sharapova picked up O3 tournament victories 111 and 112, respectively. Davydenko won the Orange Prokom Open defeating Florian Mayer in three sets for his second title of 2006 and the 7th of his career. He will begin the U.S. Open Series with a 44-20 record and #5 world ranking.

Sunday, Sharapova won the Acura Classic defeating Kim Clijsters in straight sets for her first tournament of the summer hardcourt season as she heads into what should be an excellent U.S. Open. With the win, Sharapova captured her 12th career Sony Ericsson WTA Tour Title and is currently ranked #4 in the world.

In addition to Davydenko and Sharapova, Prince has 75 players playing O3. Of all players that have tried O3 (including those that were playing competitive racquet brands), 56 percent have made the switch to O3.
