Hilton Head Island,

01/31/06 - Hilton Head Island, SC--While Cardio Tennis is growing throughout the USA, the program received rave reviews at the Australian Tennis Conference last week in Melbourne. Dan Santorum, PTR Executive Director and CEO, conducted an on court Cardio Tennis demonstration to more than 250 coaches and the response was outstanding.

β€œI have presented at this conference many times, but this was by far the best reaction I have ever received on any topic,” said Santorum. β€œAt least 40 coaches approached me afterward and wanted to know how they could implement the program. Representatives from New Zealand and South Africa also expressed great interest. I heard the Cardio Tennis presentation was rated one of the top seminars in the entire convention. I could feel it in the excitement among attendees! It was really fun to conduct this presentation, and to be involved with such a great program. I know Cardio Tennis can be a big success here and around the world.”

Cardio Tennis was launched in the USA one year ago. Since then, 1,000 tennis facilities have become official sites. In September, the Tennis Industry Association officially launched Cardio Tennis to the consumer at the 2005 US Open. For more information and the latest from a survey of 250 sites, visit
