Lee Tennis Hosts Conference on Indoor Clay Court Maintenance

07/13/06 - Lee Tennis will be hosting its Third Annual Conference on Indoor Clay Courts on August 28th and 29th, 2006. The purpose of the conference is to bring together the nation’s leading experts on indoor clay courts to discuss the construction and maintenance of clay in an indoor environment.

Topics discussed will include the latest research on surface compaction, maintenance tools and techniques, irrigation, and structures. Information will be communicated through classroom presentations, panel discussions and on court demonstrations.

Additionally, attendees will get to tour several indoor facilities and participate in Q&A sessions with the facility managers/maintenance personnel. The event will be held at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md.,and is designed for anyone managing, maintaining or considering installing indoor clay courts.
