06/19/06 - Bordentown, NJ – Prince Sports, Inc. announced today the promotion of Brad Glen to the position of Regional Vice President of Sales for the South Region, effective July 10th. Glen will report to Charlie Osborn, Vice President and National Sales Manager, and will oversee the eight territory managers in the region.
“Brad Glen has demonstrated fresh thinking that will make him an extremely successful executive,” said Osborn. “Brad’s knowledge of the sales arena, coupled with his management experience and passion for the brand will help him accomplish great things. He will be an integral part in Prince’s continued growth.”
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Glen spent the last 21 months as the territory manager in North and South Carolina. In his first 12 months, Glen expanded dealer distribution and exceeded past territory sales performances. That incredible growth allowed him to capture the 2005 South Regional Representative of the Year Award. Prior to his tenure at Prince, Glen worked for World T.E.A.M. Sports, a non-profit sports marketing organization. Glen also has extensive coaching experience and continues to play competitively in his local area.
Prince also announced the appointment of two new sales representatives. Jeff Lininger has signed on as territory manager in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and will also help to service the Dick’s Sporting Goods’ business. Prior to joining Prince, Lininger served as a territory manager for Wilson Racquet Sports for 17 years.
Also joining the Prince team is Sean Wren. He has been appointed to territory manager for New Jersey and Upstate New York. Wren brings 20 years of experience in sales with companies such as Wilson Racquet Sports, Dunlop and Adidas.
