11/14/06 - Hilton Head Island, SC--Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) announced a partnership agreement with Playmate. The two year sponsorship begins January 2007 and will provide PTR members 10% off the list price on all Playmate products, such as ball throwing machines and ball mowers.

In addition to offering discounts, Playmate will conduct an exciting new Professional Development Course for PTR entitled Teaching Today’s Modern Game with a Ball Machine. Playmate will give away a Playmate Smash Ball Machine, a $4,000 value, to one lucky participant of the course in February.

Playmate will also be the title sponsor of the Playmate Men’s 35 Doubles and the Playmate Women’s 35 Doubles events of the PTR $25,000 Championships.
