08/01/07 - Andover, MA -The “Greatest Road Trip in Sports” heads north to Toronto this week as the Women’s Rogers Cup becomes the latest US Open Series tournament to be played on cushioned DecoTurf. This is the sixth consecutive year that Tennis Canada has chosen DecoTurf for both its men’s and women’s events.
The state-of-the-art Rexall Centre, on the campus of York University, is one of the most preeminent facilities in all of tennis and will once again host the some of the top women players in the world, including Justin Henin, Maria Sharapova and defending champion Ana Ivanovic.
