05/23/07 - Ace Surfaces is delighted to announce the release of several new cushion surfaces. these surfaces offer variation on the standard range of products and result from new technology in polymers and reinforcing.
These innovative products also offer economy in materials and labour which places them in a more competitive position while maintaining the tradition of quality and long life in our surfaces. They strengthen our position against synthetic grass, synthetic and natural clay court surfaces.
The new systems are:
Rebound Ace GS CLUB Outdoor
Rebound Ace GS CLUB Indoor
Rebound Ace PRO INTERNATIONAL

Rebound Ace GS CLUB Outdoor:
This system based on our original 4mm mat system has been enhanced by introduction of a new technology mat and a combined Tycoat/Filler Coat with in-built reinforcing. This innovation reduces application time while offering upgraded durabiity.

Rebound Ace GS CLUB Indoor:
This system utilizes the new technology in the Outdoor system, however we are able to economise on aspects of the system that do not require exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Rebound Ace PRO INTERNATIONAL:
This addition to our liquid rubber range of cushioned acrylics is designed to meet the specification approved by the ITF (International tennis Federation) for liquid rubber acrylic courts.
It should be noted that this does not specify a thickness. Your will see that the liquid rubber cushion material is less than our traditional 3mm Rebound Ace Pro system, 3.25 lt/m² compared to 3.8 lt/m².
Historically liquid rubber systems have varied from 1 mm to 5 mm (and above) an there has been little control over what was applied, compared to the guaranteed cushion thickness and properties of a pre-formed mat system. This ITF specification is an attempt to set a standard for international competition liquid rubber acrylic cushion courts.
