04/11/08 - Newport, RI--The International Tennis Hall of Fame has announced that tickets for the Angela Moore Fashion Show and Champagne Breakfast to be held during the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships will go on sale Tuesday, April 15, 2008.
The Angela Moore Fashion Show and Champagne Breakfast will take place on Thursday, July 10th at 9:00am on the historic Horseshoe Piazza at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. As one of the most anticipated events held during the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships (July 7-13), the show will highlight the designer fashions of Angela Moore, Lilly Pulitzer, Tracy Reese, Manuel Canovas, Vilebrequin and several additional well known collections.
Celebrating her 10th anniversary, Angela Moore has designated this year’s Fashion Show theme as “Newport Style…Looking Good and Feeling Great!” The annual show will feature commentary by designer Angela Moore and Hall of Famer Bud Collins, and will combine models from the tennis and fashion worlds, along with well known Newporters and Rhode Islanders.
Tickets are $80 each with proceeds from the event benefiting the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Ticket includes the seated Champagne Breakfast and Fashion Show, a full day of viewing courtside tournament tennis play and a $25 Angela Moore Gift Certificate, redeemable at the Angela Moore tennis booth onsite or the Angela Moore boutique located on Bellevue Avenue, Newport. Seating is limited and the 2008 Angela Moore Fashion Show is expected to sell out quickly, so reserve your tickets early.

The Fashion Show will conclude at 11:00am, just in time for the start of the day’s Campbell’s Hall of Fame tournament tennis matches. The Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, an ATP event, brings the top men in professional tennis to Newport, Rhode Island to compete on the legendary grass courts at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Early player entries into the 2008 tournament include defending champion Fabrice Santoro along with Americans Mardy Fish, John Isner and Vince Spadea.
