Tennis Life Magazine Named Official Magazine for USTA Southwest

09/22/08 - Tampa, FL--Tennis Life Magazine with the USTA Southwest Section has entered into an agreement to be the official magazine of the USTA Southwest section. Beginning in 2009 members of the USTA Southwest will receive a regionally customized edition for the Southwest section. The Southwest section consists of Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas; a real hotbed of tennis.
Through TLM’s new partnership the Southwest will now have a vehicle to reach tennis players and fans within this affluent market. “We are looking forward to offering an added benefit to our members. Through Tennis Life they will enjoy reading about what’s happening in the Southwest tennis community as well as keeping up with the international world of tennis,” said Executive Director Julie Pek.
“Tennis Life’s growth is a great indication of the increased desire for tennis players and enthusiasts to receive a new and unique publication in the sport of tennis,” said publisher Todd Goldman. “Our goal is to grow into markets that are starved for tennis information and want to improve their game.” With this new partnership, Tennis Life continues its growth to be the second largest national tennis magazine in the United States as well as the only real international magazine brand in the sport of tennis. And we are not done growing yet. We feel that reaching the type of individuals that are looking for tennis information offers our advertisers the ability to reach a segment of the tennis population that are significant consumers of tennis products and proponents of the game,” added Goldman.
Founded in 1994, Tennis Life Magazine is also the official publication of the USTA Texas Section, the USTA Northern Section and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, and has a growing base of subscribers nationwide. It is also one of only two tennis magazines found on newsstands and in bookstores throughout North America. Tennis Life Magazine also publishes Tennis Life en Espaňol, Tennis Life UK and Tennis Life Ireland.
